To place an order online you must first set up an account with B-O-T. To do this, please contact our customer service department. |
| How do I begin ordering on your website? |
Once our customer service department has set you up with an account you will be free to place orders on our website 24 hours/day, 7 days/week. All you have to do is log in to your account by entering your Customer ID number and the zip code of your shipping address. |
| Will the website know what discount I am supposed to get? |
Absolutely! Once you have logged in, the website knows who you are and what discount, if any, applies to your orders. |
